City: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch
from: patramage

Devised by a 19th century local cobbler, this Anglesey village's name must be one of tourism's most successful publicity stunts- Almost everyone has heard of the village, even if few can pronounce its name - which means "St. Mary's Church in the hollow of the white hazel near a rapid whirlpool, and the Church of St. Tysilio near the red cave".
